Return & Refund Policy

 Cancellation and Refund

 ReachOut believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  1. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 3 days of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

  2. ReachOut does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc. However, a refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not good.

  3. In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 3 days of receipt of the products.

  4. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 3 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

  5. In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.

  6. In case of any Refunds approved by ReachOut, it’ll take 15-30 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.

 Return Policy

  1. ReachOut wants to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Our Return Policy is designed to make it easy for you to return a product if you receive one that is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you purchased.

  2. ReachOut does not accept return requests for perishable items like flowers, food, or plants, custom products such as special orders or personalized items, and personal care items like beauty products. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. However, a refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not good.

  3. Please note that the Returns Policy may vary depending on the brand and category of the product.

  1. The pick-up executive will refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions are not met.

  2. We will make 3 attempts to pick up the product from your place post which the return request will be cancelled.

  3. In case of returns where you would like the item(s) to be picked up from a different address, the address can only be changed if pick-up service is available at the new address.

Conditions

If the Correct Product Is Returned

IMEI/name/image/brand/serial number/article number/bar code should match and the MRP tag should be attached and clearly visible.

If the Complete Product Is Returned

All in-the-box accessories (like remote control, starter kits, instruction manuals, chargers, headphones, etc.) freebies, and combos (if any) should be present.

If the Product Is Unused

The product should be unused, unsoiled, without any stains, and with non-tampered quality check seals/warranty seals (wherever applicable). Before returning a Mobile/Laptop/Tablet, the device should be formatted and the Screen Lock (Pin, Pattern, or Fingerprint) must be disabled. iCloud lock must be disabled for Apple devices.

If the Product Is Not Damaged

The product (including SIM trays/ charging port/ headphone port, back panel, etc.) should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears, or holes.

Packaging

The product's original packaging/box is mandatory

We will not accept returns without packaging for all appliances, laptops, smartphones, tablets, and all accessories.

Mobile Phones

Category

1. You can initiate product return within 7 days from the date of delivery in the unlikely event of defective, damaged, used, or different item delivered to you.

2. Electronics return team will get in touch with you within 1 business day

3. You may need to share a brand-certified Job sheet/DOA certificate in case of a DOA/defective product. For a detailed return policy refer to the general return policy

Return Policy

Laptops, Computers, Smartwatches, Tablets and Cameras

Category

You can initiate a product return request within 7 days from the date of delivery in the unlikely event of a defective, damaged, used, or different item being delivered to you.

1.       You will need to share of DOA certificate for defective/DOA products received. Returns are accepted only if a DOA certificate is provided. The customer must demand a DOA certificate from brand authorized service centre. No return is to be accepted based on the job sheet/acknowledgment slip

2.       Please ensure the product is seal packed at a service centre in case of DOA and the sealed product is to be handed over to the delivery partner

3.       In case of damaged product is received, the image of the damaged part is to be shared with the electronics returns team at dispute@reachout.ltd

4.       Please keep the item in its original condition, with original accessories like chargers, headsets, etc., brand outer box, MRP tags attached, and user manual in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up.

Category

1.       You can initiate a return request within 7 days from the date of delivery in the unlikely event of defective, damaged, used, or different items delivered to you.

2.       Once a return request is raised in the account section, you will receive a call from our Returns Team within 1 business day of initiating a return request, to troubleshoot the issue you are facing.

3.       You may need to get a DOA certificate or Job sheet mentioning the product defect from the nearest brand-authorized service center and the product needs to be sealed by the brand in case repair/replacement is not provided by the brand

4.       We will approve/reject the merit of the return claim

Return Policy

Trimmers, Epilators, Hair Stylers, Dryers, Glucometers, Inhalers, Steamers, Nebulisers, Shavers, Masks, Oximeters, Software, Apple Products, Video Games (CDs/DVDs), Printer Cartridges, Personal Care, RAM, Graphics Card, Motherboard, Processor, Internal SSD, Internal Hard Disk, Items Are Not Eligible for Returns.

Non-returnable due to hygiene/health and personal care/wellness/consumable nature of the product.

However, in the unlikely event of a damaged, defective, or different item being delivered to you, we will investigate.
